Support our frontliners during MCO

During current Covid-19 situation, we really need to spread our care and positive energy. Thanks to some kind person who are willing to donate some masks to the frontliners. We from Society of People Support People Malaysia has honour to represent these great people to handover the masks to our polices and armed forces in duty…
The first respond from the police officer was “We really appreciate what you all have done and we really short of masks”

PWD Marine Dive 2017 At Perhentian Island

PWD Marine Dive 2017 At Perhentian Island

This year we successfully organized our PWD Marine Dive 2017 together with Divertainment at Perhentian Island on 20th to 23rd July 2017. One of the highlights about this year’s diving project is Marine Life Conservation. We will take the opportunity to contribute efforts in conserving our beautiful underwater world by initiating coral restoration process. It would take about one year to complete the coral restoration. We are very fortunate to have a group of enthusiastic volunteers behind us throughout the planning stages and during the event days. All are part-time volunteers who come from various fields including many professional divers of various levels of qualifications.

We have our PWD Marine Dive news covered by The Hunffington Post

People who use wheelchairs are plunging into a new challenge.

An event in Malaysia, called Marine Discovery Dive, allows people who use wheelchairs to experience movement in a completely different way with an annual scuba diving expedition.

“When you’re underwater, the sea does not discriminate,” Ras Adiba Radzi, who is paralyzed from the waist down, told Our Better World, a digital storytelling initiative of the Singapore International Foundation.

The annual event, which is in its fifth year, is the brainchild of E.K. Lim, the chairman of Society of People Support People in Malaysia.
